How bad would this clutch feel? Any suggestions
My brother has a 95 Silverado that he wants me to convert to stick. He doesnt tow anything or drive it hard, so I figured a regular T5 should be fine for him. The problem I'm running into is that the clutch master his truck would use is a .645" bore and the slave would be a .81" bore for the trans that would have come in the truck factory. The T5 uses a 1" bore slave and would normally use a .75" bore master.
My problem is going to be moving enough fluid from the .645" bore of the master to make the 1" bore slave disengage the clutch completely. I've thought about running -4AN line instead of the normal -3AN, but I'm not sure if that would do that much.
Does anyone know of a .75" bore master I could make work on his truck? It cant be a $300 one though. I need to stay under $100 if at all possible.
