T-5 Clutch issues

Hey, all! Sorry it's been so long. So here's the issue: I converted my old Datsun 260Z to a TPI 350 with a World Class 5-speed trans, Wilwood master and stock S-10 slave (aluminum). As long as I don't hammer on the pedal, the clutch responds well. However, when I really get on it, shifting fast; the slave doesn't return leaving the clutch disengaged. I can manually bleed the master to get the slave to return. Any ideas? Let me say that the first slave was the ABS plastic one and all the pressure blew it up. Went with the alum one instead, and so far so good. Thought the master was the prob, but I replaced it too. WTF?
