B&M Megashifter

Ok Guys, I know I will get blasted for this, but I have searched ALOT. I recently installed the shifter along with a probuilt shift kit..All is well, I just plugged the shifter harness to the original selector and put it in the park position..it works for now. The shifter I bought used and had no relay. I have heard people use them and not. All I am asking for is a step by step to wire this thing correctly and wrap it up. I can handle most any project, but with wiring I just never get it. thanks

the installation instructions have to be downloaded they are in a pdf format. Scroll down to the very last page. you'll see how to wire up the relay. the dark blue wire goes onto the microswitches on the front, not the side.

Re: B&M Megashifter

So do I need the crappy radioshack relay or not, cuz the instructions say "supplied"..does that mean its a factory piece? If I get this figured out ..gonna make a step-by-step sticky, since this seems to be a big "secret" and just refer to the instructions that suck for the non wiring guys. Any input minus "just look at the instructions" would be very appreciated. I have read every post I could find, but they all say different things...
