Spohn Adj TQ Arm Problem

I put the SATA on my 89 Firebird; I run a WCT5, stock x-member, stock steel shaft, Strange 12 bolt, poly bushings everywhere. I was able to get the true pinion angle set a few times (-1). However, it measures fine after getting it set, I drive it and the TPA moves to a lower number. I readjust it and use the blue loctite and it still cannot hold a setting.

Specifically, my readings from DS (driveshaft) & PA (pinion angle):
initial DS1, PA 2 (-1), drove it..
DS 3, PA 4 (-1), still ok, drove it...
DS 3, PA 5 (-2), readjusted to -1, drove it...
DS 2, PA 5 (-3), car sits in the garage waiting for a solution

Like I said, I used the loctite, loosened and tightend the bolts on the side, everything's tight. I called Spohn a number of times, and they have been very gracious (Thank You Megan), even had her ask Steve Spohn to which he replied that he'd never seen this before and thus had no answer. Anyone run into this problem before or can think of something I can look at?

Thanks to all,
Eric
