Help with new clutch decision, pretty please?

So it turns out that my girl needs a new clutch, as if I haven't spent enough money on her already! Anyway, I am looking into all the different types and prices and was wondering if anyone could give me some pointers on which direction I should go that will be the most beneficial for me in the long run. I have a completely stock 305 and occasionally get on her, but not all the time. I want one that can take somewhat of a beating but will last me; the current clutch has only been on for a year because of a ball to bearing. Any and ALL help is appreciated! Thanks a bunches!
