12bolt or 9 inch

im looking for a 12 bolt or 9 inch for my 91 camaro. it already had a 9 inch in it but it was my brothers so im looking for a replacement.

It's a personal preference. Both are equally strong and both have drawbacks.

I like my 9". With an aluminum case, aluminum daytona pinion support and aluminum spool, I can lift in the center section with one hand. The 9" is also a lot easier to set up the ring and pinion pattern.
