VSS Leaking. Replace seal or whole unit?

Car: 1991 Pontiac Firebird
Engine: 305 TBI
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 2.73
VSS Leaking. Replace seal or whole unit?

My car's VSS is leaking tranny fluid. Is there a seal or a gasket on this I can replace or do I have to replace the whole thing?

Axle/Gears: Yup -- they still work
