Leak
Okay, So I own an 84 firebird. 2.8 V6. I don't really know too much about the details or specs on the transmission in it. It was handed down to me last summer and have been driving it about everyday here recently. I'll attach a picture, but it usually leaks between the engine oil pan, and the front of the transmission, and I have to check the transmission fluid every so often in case it is getting low. It was very low today when I got back from vacation, so I drove down to advanced and picked up some fluid. I notice on my way home there is a bunch of smoke rolling out the passenger side. I get home and park it, look under, and it has a little steady stream pouring out of the same spot it usually leaks. Any idea what it might be? A seal? The car has around 170k miles, but ive kept it up the best I can. Any help is appreciated.
