Engine: 5.7 L TPI
Transmission: TH700-r4
87 iroc z28 posi???
I have a 1987 iroc z28 5.7L TPI.. I was wondering if it has a posi rearend... I'm new to cars and mechanics of them. If it isn't posi, how can I get one and would the gears need to change?

Limited Slip G80 and rear Disc Brakes were a required options with a 350 back in 1987. Your is in most cases wore out from abuse.

Ok well when I did a burnout only one tire made a mark. Does that mean the limited slip isn't worn out? I would much rather a posi...

LIMITED SLIP & posi ...ARE the SAME.....posi is a LIMITED SLIP rear.... So it is wore out from ABUSE such as too many burnouts
