My car started slipping when shifting into 3rd so I put an pressure gauge on the test port to see where my tv pressures were at.

The pressure was at 80 psi at 1000 rpm. When I pull the tv cable pressure would rise but needle would bounce around then at full tv it fell back to 80.

Today it did not change at all when I pulled the tv cable it stays at 80 and in all gears. . but the car drives?

Pulled the pan today and tried to remove tv valve for inspection but it would not come out of its bore. I tried for hours with strong magnets . . .it would pull forward then stop. At the point it stops you can here it hitting something or a metal on metal sound.

anyone experience something like this?
