rearend question

Transmission: turbo 350 2800 stall
Axle/Gears: 3:73 detroit locker posi
rearend question

can a stock rearend out of an 84 camaro be able to put a posi unit and 3.73 gears in it? i dont wanna have to buy a new rearend, and was wondering if the carriers big enough to hold them... thanks

But ... if you don't mind the rear wheel sticking out a tad, swapping in a 4th gen rear is much cheaper, easier, AND you get the nice LS1 rear disk brakes (1998+ car).
