Engine: 350 small block
New Tranny
I am gonna have to change my transmission for my ls1 or 5.3 swap in my 82 camaro, would a 6 speed automatic fit those motors?

The 6L80E would be fine with any 58x, but will it fit the trans tunnel?
Probably not. Even with a bit of hammering. Then there's the torque arm issue, and mounting the rear of the trans. And a custom driveshaft.
If you want 6 speeds, stick with the T56. If you want automatic, stick with a built 4L60E
