Transmission gurus- 700r4 tcc solenoid with harness... which one

No such thing as free. I was given a transmission for a project, but the tcc solenoid with harness was taken from it as well as a pressure switch. When I got the unit, It had a harness tossed in as well as a switch. The trans was removed from a 1990 chevy p/u, but had been built before and I'm not sure its the original trans from the truck to begin with.

All I'm lacking is the tcc solenoid with harness, and possibly the 3/4 pressure switch. I have put a picture of the valve body with the switch in question. disregard the harness thats on it. the switch is a 2 pin switch FWIW.

This is going on a 89 TPI setup as well.

I will gladly paypal 10.00 to the person who can give me the answer i need

If you need the whole harness you'll have to go to your local transmission shop (or dealer/bone yard) to get one. If you just need the solenoid you can pick one up at the parts store and splice it in. The pressure switch you show is fine. I'm guessing the trans in the picture is not yours because it has the components you say you are lacking. Hope this helps.

The one pictured is mine, but the solenoid is not correct, it was just one that was tossed in.
The problem with the dealer is they need year make model etc. They make like 11 different ones. I've been to two different trans shops and no luck. ( they suck around here)

Use the wiring and the single prong (normally open) switch from the 1989 unit along with the temp switch that bolts to the valve body. The input shaft is not a V-8 setup. If it is, then this will not work in a V-8 setup. Is this a "small bellhousing" type?

VERY GOOD EYE!!!! Counted the splines, 27.... I talked to the buddy who built it, says he's gonna make it right. Found a harness, have it on order too. just need the two switches and can get it on the road.
