Ok am i failing to see something here or do you really need a press to get the old one out and new one in
i know on my steel one all i had to do was to heat up that "glue" that GM used to hold the caps in and beat it out with a hammer and socket

a big bench vise works.... thats how i do them.
the aluminum may have seized to the steel caps, making it a bit harder to remove. You really dont want to beat on the yokes, you could bend/break them...

ok i never done it with a vice, i know the answer is going to be so simple but how do i do it with a vice, since its going to have a jaw on each side of the caps

use a small socket on one side of the vise to push the cap, and a large socket on the other side, thats larger than the cap, to push the cap into. Think about it, pretty straightforward. Just have to have a good sized vise
