Differential help
OK guys i have an 1985 IROC with a gov lock 3:42 posi. well not to make a long story it's blown. What is the best posi unit to replace it. Should I get another gov loc posi or go with an auburn, eaton, or a tur track? the budget is 350 to 450. What do ya think?

Re: Differential help
you can probable do a eaton for that buget, but it will be close. That or the tru-trac would be best, as the gov-loks are terrible and the auburn is no good either, it works, but is not rebuild able, and creates a lot of steel shavings.
