Is this a good setup for street driving?

Looking at purchasing a 92 with the setup below. I want a decent roundtown driver with a bit of a bight if I get into it. Is the 2600 stall too much? Thanks for your 3rd gen opinions.
The setup...

Vehicle Specs:
305tbi engine (I do also have a tuneport intake and throttle body that will go with the car. I believe the intake is off an '85 305)

700r4 transmission with a 2600 stall convertor and shift kit.

10 bolt rear end with 3.42 gears and posi unit (I had it installed years ago because I wanted 4 wheel disc and a posi. Rear end came out of a '87 Iroc gears are new as is the posi unit)

The rear gears, and the 2600 stall, will give the 305TBI motor a little more "grunt" for you to play. Mileage will be down a tad from the rear gears, but a decent combo, and a great starting point for a future 350 swap.
