bogs down when first going to move

Axle/Gears: 3.42 gov lock
bogs down when first going to move
iv had this problem for a few weeks and it just came out of the blue.
when i first go start my car and put it in gear the car doesnt want to move, it feels like its still in park and i have to push on the gas pedal to get the car to move and it still feels like the cars stressing to do this. iv checked my tranny fluid and its good and full, my TV cable is adjusted correctly. and it didnt use to do this, use to when i put it in drive the car would idle forward and i wouldnt have to touch the gas. whats wrong?
