Hey guys, ive got the t5 in my camaro and its been running pretty warm lately (190-210 degrees summer here though so maybe thats normal?) anyway, today i let my father drive it and while watching him "show me how i should drive it slower" the clutch **** the bed.

i know a little about cars and im learning and it seems to be the slave or linkage. i dont visually see fluid leaking anywhere in/under the car and there is some in the resiovior, but im pretty sure its the slave since i recently had it out while i was changing the hydraulic linkage and noticed some play. when pressing on the clutch the piston for the slave starts pushing out but the pressure doesnt seem to build up enough and you can hear the air/fluid escaping and see the piston return back into the slave. any advice is appreciated!!

oh and i tried telling my father about syncros and why he cant shift or "pop" it into first without the clutch/why you can shift through the gears without the car running but he doesnt really understand, anyone else got a better explanation?
