Third gen pedal u-bolt
Third gen pedal u-bolt
Hi guys!
I am doing a t-56 swap on my car and I was wondering if I can use "normal" bolt to fix the clutch and brake pedal to the firewall or if I absolutly need to use a u-bolt?
Thanks!

Re: Third gen pedal u-bolt
we used normal bolts on mine beacuse my setup did not come with a U-bolt. Works fine.
I wold suggest though that you make a backing plate for the firewal to keep it from flexing.

Re: Third gen pedal u-bolt
A backing plate is not necessary if you have the 2 little braces that go from the pedal pivot bolt to the U-bolt.
