Green wire on drivers side of a 700R4

Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 323 posi
Green wire on drivers side of a 700R4

Hi on the my plug on the driver side of a 700R4 there is a green wire...mine is unhooked and I have no idea where that should go...can anyone tell me what its for or where it should be connected to the car?

It may be the switch for your lock-up torque converter. If the car is basically stock, the wire should run back to the ECM. If the car isn't stock you may need to run a vacuum switch to engage the converter. I installed a TCI kit on my and it works great!
