TH350 Removal
TH350 Removal
Okay, so recently I have swapped out a 91 RS 3.1 to a sb350/th350. As this was my first swap on anything, everything I do is trial and error.
It seems that I have most likely installed my flex plate on backwards because my starter has ate up almost all of my teeth and now it will not start whatsoever.
My question, has anybody swapped a th350 into a third gen and is it very much a PITA to take it off so I can put on a new flex plate? Im not positive that is the case (installed backwards) could be my starter/flexplate not having the same teeth. But either way I have to replace it and while it is off I still have the receipt for my starter so I can have the parts store match 'em up. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
