hey guys i just completed my engine and tranny swap i took the old 305 and 5 speed out and replaced it with a mild 355 and a built 700r4 got everything done and shifter wouldn't shift so check and the pioneer cable i just bought was messed up so took it back read onhere atp was a little better so went and got one now i am trying to get it on and it wont stay in the bracket on the trany idk if its the tabs or what and it also acts like its not long enough to reach shifter tab when hooked on the tranny but its a y240 so i know its the right one any ideas? thanks
