Trans Crossmember bolts?

Anyone have any data for the bolt thread size for the trans crossmember? The 88 doesn't have any bolts for it (it was just laying in the car with the rest of the junk whomever stuffed in there) and I think I might have ended up losing the ones out of the 87... Or should I just rethread the holes and use bigger bolts? I'm going to assume they have to be grade 10.9...

Re: Trans Crossmember bolts?

They're 10mm, whatever the std thread is for that dia; 1.5mm I think.

Given that the "nut" they screw into is chinesium, and all they're holding together is some sheet metal, I wouldn't get too wound up over the "grade". Plastic would probably be adequate.
