700r4 swap
I have recently acquired a 700r4 for free. My question. Does it require a computer? I have been informed it does but they have been wrong before. So thought I would ask my fellow third gen'rs.

Nope. No computer needed. Just wire up the converter lockup. You can waste big money on a good kit, or you can Google instructions on how to wire it up yourself for free. Why has noone else typed this? I know the moderators know this. Maybe I should make a sticky on how to wire it for non-computer.
