Swapping out a non-wc tranny for my current wc tranny, any issues?

Hi I have a non-wc t5 sitting in my garage, from a 90 t/a and was wondering if I would have any issues/ fabrication problems with it taking the place on my current wc t5. thanks!

What is the 90 car doing, with a 87-back trans in it?

Of course that gives you an idea how much trouble you'll have (which is to say, you don't even realize that it's WRONG); but still...

Because I didn't know a pre 87 transmission isn't original in a 90 t/a ill have trouble? That makes no sense.

A 90 T/A should have a WC T5 unless it was swapped out b4 you got it.
Post a pic of the front of the trans.

What he meant is that because you did not know the 90 had an earlier (wrong) tranny that doing the swap you would have no problems. If it was in in place of the original WC T5 in the 90 it would be the same for what ever you are swapping it into that has a WC T5 now. There is no changes for clutch or bell housing or clutch hydraulics etc.
