T5 Transmission noise question

I think the torque in my motor is finally starting to wear down my old T5. I recently finally got everything tuned on my motor correctly so that it's putting out it's full 340 hp, 390 ft / lbs of torque, and the first time taking the car out on an autocross with the full power on it I started seeing problems with the transmission.

At first the clutch just started slipping a little. Nothing major but definitely annoying. I went to another autocross today and now the transmission is making a clunking sound as I release the clutch and the transmission starts to engage. I can only hear it at slow speeds, at first I couldn't identify where it was coming from inside the car, it sounded like under the drivers side door, and at first I thought it might be my end link, but then I connected it to every time I lifted my foot off the clutch is when it happened and the direction of the sound seems right for it to be the transmission.

So anyone have any ideas what this clunking sound might be? And how bad it will effect the transmission? I've got a T56 sitting in my backyard I just haven't had time to try and do the swap myself and can't afford to pay someone else to do it for me right now. Obviously the best solution will be for me to get the T56 swapped, but I'm trying to drive the T5 until it dies or I get time to do the swap. It made it the 140 mile trip home from the autocross today at least

Won't hurt to check the transmission mount.
