83 ta tranny issue
83 ta tranny issue
So when I'm at idle and car begin to accelerate into second gear the car jerks and stops after the jerk. I've heard it could be the cable but not sure. Cars a 83ta....any ideas?

I had an issue with my work truck (an 01 ranger) where it would rev past where it would shift into 2nd then slam into 3rd and it ended up being the valve body gasket.
