t-5 to 700r4 swap

what parts do i all need?

heres my list

tranny
flexplate
torque converter
crossmember
shifter and cable
drive shaft
starter

anything else im missing? and any tips on the swap?

Engine: 3.1 but 350 soon, 350, 350

Transmission: T56 soon

Axle/Gears: stock 3.42 Posi to come

You may not need the driveshaft. Will need to get a TV cable and maybe the torque arm mount. I would then assume you will need a way to lock up the converter.
I do not know if the crossmember is the same or not. Check further on that.
