Okay I know this has probably been done a million times but ive looked and even tho some of the theads are close I need a break down....

I have an 89 GTA with the L98 and the th700r4 to boot.

I would like to eventually put in a T-5 Tranny and make it manual, although I have a newly rebuilt 700r4 and shift kit as well as a ratchet shift....

What is involved as far as changing over?
How long is a process like this?
What is the cost of parts?
What aside from swapping the transmissions needs to be done?
Anything Else I need to know?
