1986 Camaro Help!!

I have a 1986 Chevy Camaro. The previous owner put a 1979 Chevy 350 truck motor in it. It was running fine when i bought it but after a while it started stalling on me while it was idling. Also, when I start going up inclines it bogs down and has trouble up the hills. When I am stopped at red lights the RPM's fluctuate and so does my battery gauge. It isnt running right and seems like it is miss firing alot. I have tried fuel injector cleaner, octane booster, a new battery and new spark plugs. I have no idea what it could be do you have any ideas?

Might be the cap, rotor and wires are wore out.
