auto to manual swap 350
alright this may be a nube question, but then again im a nube. but anyway im swapping my old lb8 on my 86 firebird for a 350, just bought a 350 from an old k10, and it has an "automatic flywheel" on it. i have a flywheel that i was told should work (14088671) but it is smaller in diamiter. to install the flywheel will i need an adapter plate or should it be a direct match up? i have a t5 installed on the car (bought it that way) with the v6 bell housing and so on. also i have a v8 bell housing. should the pressure plate work or am i gona need something with a little more *****? this is my first engine swap and im more or less winging it, just trying to learn as i go along. any help or "by the ways" will be appreciated
thanks, kevin
