4L80E shift speeds/resolutions
Haven't posted my build yet (Non-thirdgen) but I swapped in a 4L80E and am using the Megashift controller. I'm not really sure if this is a DFI/ECM section topic or a trans one, so feel free to bounce it around if need be.
Ultimatley my question is this however:
Looking at the table, I'm not too impressed with the "shape" of it. Based on what I think in the lower loads below ~40-50KPA it should be in fourth gear. Definitely not at 60MPH!
Besides this, I think the right 3 sets of cells on this table are heavily wasted. I think I need to delete them, and scatter them in between the first sets of MPH. Does this seem right? By any chance would anyone have a stock 4L60/80E table I can compare this table to, or shoot even a TH350/400 set of shift points at low to mid load.
