Ford Racing rebuild kit?

Car: 1984 Z28 h.o and 1991 RS
Engine: 305 h.o in the z28 & 350-RS
Transmission: t5 & 700r4-RS
Axle/Gears: 7.5 10 bolt posi 3.73 & 4.10 RS
Ford Racing rebuild kit?
So I blew up my NWC T5, everything associated with 5th is toast. I bought a WC for $200 knowing that it needed a rebuild, I am now going to take care of that. It actually only needs new synchros and bearings on the main shaft but I plan on doing the whole thing for peace of mind.
The question is can I use a ford racing M7000-A super duty rebuild kit? The ford kits cost less than the ones for the GM T5 and I know I am getting something name brand even if it is from the blue oval. To my knowledge everything inside the case is the same.
I also plan on getting the video to walk me through this, I've never rebuilt a car transmission, only bikes and 3 speed truck boxes.
