Not sure... I avoided all that gaudy classless ghetto KROME (of which there is NOT THE FIRST ATOM anywhere on these cars... would, and DOES when people jam it on, look like an alien spaceship had parked next to it and a piece fell off and got stuck) crap when I bought mine, and got a Hurst with a BLACK handle. Had to make a bushing so I could put the stock leather **** back on it though. and get rid of the lack-of-class plastic cheeeeeezy plastic chinese plastic looking plastic plastic **** plastic from Hurst plastic. But that was in about 85, no guarantees they still offer the same products.

No...

It's a 6-speed now. Got REAL TIRED of swapping out T-5s. Must have gone through a half-dozen cores probably a total of 20 rebuilds. Gets old after the first 4 or 5.

If you contact Hurst they'll tell you what they have to fit it, or you can go through the catalog of sticks (there's a bunch!) to see what fits their current T5 shifters. I used to have a comp plus shifter with chrome stick and smallish black ****. Worked great.

I had a Hurst Billet Plus shifter for my T5, and never ended up using it. Just like Sofa said, the threads on their stick are totally different from our stock one, and unless you go through major hassles trying to adapt a nice factory style ****, you're stuck with their cheap, ghetto style plastic ****! If you're gonna go with an aftermarket T5 shifter, the Pro 5.0 is the way to go. They shift awesome and have the same thread size on the stick as a stock f-body. That means you can use the factory leather ****, or one of those nice leather SLP ones.

Pro 5.0 is the only shifter to use!

I highly recommend that one. I could have sworn mine had a slightly smaller ball **** though.

This picture is for the OP if you wanted to see it installed. I also recommend this shifter highly after using it, it's really great. Shifts awesome.

I, too, got the same shifter from ebay (from same seller to be exact) and love it! With the leather boot, you really can't see the chrome stick anyway. I was able to get a shifter thread adapter and attach my original leather wrapped shift ****....actually looks pretty stock, but about an inch or so shorter. Much tighter shift pattern, greatly improved drivability in my opinion! Good Luck!
