Alright so I've got a 1987 iroc 5.7 and 700r4 I've driven for about 8 months and about 1 month ago it started shifting funny. It exceeds the redline and not even at half throttle I have to let mt foot off the pedal for it to shift up otherwise it just wants to stay in the current gear even if I'm going downhill under no load regardless of the throttle position. It does this in all gears it still shift the same when it does shift there's no slipping I've adjusted the tv cable two different ways and checked the fluid all looks good but still doesn't shift correctly does anybody have an idea or had this problem?
