Problems with Th350.

Well recently I have noticed something weird going on with the car, I suspect it being trans related.

The trans in question is a th350c.

Pretty much lets say Im cruising at around 25-30mph. The car will act like it has an overdrive and rpms will go down around 200-400 according to the tach. Give it small amounts of gas and it will slowly rise. Give it a moderate amount and it will snap out of it and act like normal and rpms will return to normal. It recently started doing this. The lockup is not connected.

Any ideas?

Those are the typical symptoms of a convertor locking up
Are there any wires at all running to the trans ?

No sir, the 4 pin connector is unplugged. It had no problems until after a small spirited drive coming home from work. Looking into any input before I start readjusting my carb to rule that out.
