A wrecked 83 third gen showed up at the junkyard a few days ago and its got a 5 speed that I've wanted for awhile. The wrecked car is a 2.8 carb'd V6 and it'd be going into my 87 2.8 MPFI auto. Obviously I'm going to need stuff like the whole pedal and clutch assembly, and I believe the torque arm mount is different too, but is there anything else that I'd need? Can I use the same drive shaft? Any helpIis greatly appreciated.

 

This just popped into my head as well, can I use the same transmission cross member?
