Rear axle oil weight

I have a 92 Camaro RS V8 with original axle. Can someone tell me weight of oil I should use in rear axle and recommended oil manufacture ?

Transmission: 700r-4 built by me 3-4 z pack

Axle/Gears: 3.42

80-90 will work fine.
