Just got a replacement 700r4 shift cable, everything seemed to go well except for seating it in the bracket at the shifter itself. It has these ears that are suppose to slide and lock in the cable to the bracket to stop it from moving, but i can't get the ears all the way locked and when i shift it into park the cable pops out of the brackets. Any solutions?
