168T flywheel?

I am considering use of a 168T flywheel for my 89IROC. I have a TKO trans with a lakewood bell housing and I can't see why it wouldn't work. Of course the starter would have to change and I don't know if there would be any clearance issues with my Edelbroc TES headers. Anyone using the larger flywheel? It seems the clutch choices are better and cost less.

Sorry, I accidently put this in the wrong section. I meant to put it in drivetrain.

Re: 168T flywheel?

It's a waste of time for .25" disc size gain and added weight.

I'm using a 168 tooth SFI approved billet flywheel (RAM), with a ceramic clutch. Bell housing is an SFI approved lakewood, drilled with both straight up and angled patterns. Howe hydraulic throwout bearing, connected to a -3 braided line and adapter to the factory clutch master. Starter is a hig-torque denso type with staggered bolt pattern.

I had ran hooker long tube, and SLP shorty with no header issues.
