fly wheel cover for T5

so, I've searched and cant seem to find a part number for the dust shield I need, or anything that tells me what part number of bell housing I have. I can find dust shields all over, but it is very vague if it is the right one for mine?? or are they all the same? I cant seem to tell.

I have a T5 out of a 1984 Camaro.

any help??

thanks !!!!!

Re: fly wheel cover for T5

They are all the same, except where they fit around the crank; so 85-back, vs 86-up.

BHs are all the same (for V8, anyway; not the vaguest clue about the 6-cyl ones) 84-up. 83-back don't have the mount thing for the slave cyl.

A T-56 cover will fit the later style BH; just needs a coupla holes drilled for screws.

But, it's basically just a flat piece of sheet metal, painted black. You can just as easily make one out of some air duct material or some such.

Or just leave them off for extra cooling like I do.
