Hello everyone. Wondered of someone could steer me in the right direction.... my speedo cable just broke , the one that runs from the cruise control module to the transmission . Can someone advise who carrys them. thanks in advance ! Bob

 

AutoZone, if all you need is the inner.

Thing is, there's A REASON WHY it broke; and just swapping it out, won't provide more than a temporary fix. Either the upper cable needs lube, or the cruise regulator is farkled. Find out which, and fix it, otherwise replacing the cable is a waste of time.

 

Damnit no Autozone in Ontario will check Auto Value.... ya was thinking that cruise regulator may be done.... have a few more around here I'm sure ... will get to the bottom of it and Locate a cable thanks for the reply =)

 

If they have Dorman's Help! line, you should be able to find it.

Easy enough to try to spin the regulator by hand and see if it's binding. Also, pretty easy to lube the upper; just pop the cluster out and pull the inner.
