Looking to upgrade rear to posi and came across this. Will definitely negotiate price if worth it.

Nope. I wouldn't pay $1 for it if it was next door. Don't get a Governor Lock, or an Auburn either. Eaton Posi, Eaton Truetrac, Torsen or Yukon Dura Grip are all good.

You could use the axles and gears if you wanted them, but don't use the differential. If they are actually 28 spline Camaro axles then it would be a nice upgrade for a '82 to '89 Camaro rear end.
