Got a guy who will sell me his complete rear end, with everything. out of a 02 ws6 3.23 posi I have stock 2.73 open diff, he said he will take 80 tomorrow. is it worth it for just 3.23 and real difference?

 

If you can get that rear for $80 tomorrow, you need to have your butt standing on his doorstep at sunrise.

You get better gears, a better posi, better brakes, and most likely in better shape just from less age. Only down side is, it's about 1-5/8" longer on each side. But if you use 4th gen or newer Vette wheels, they'll come out exactly the same width overall as they should be.

 

$80 is awfully cheap for a good rear end....
Might only be worth that.

 

Don't know where you're from but around my area, they can fetch $600 if in good condition. The 10 Bolt Posi's form the 91/92 are fetching $350+ in my area too..

It sucks!
