88 Vette 700r4 won't hit OD after rebuild
So is 4th OD when TCC locks? The tranny guy says just drive it it will kick in but the gas is killing me! Want to loosen TV cable to find 4th but haven't seen much here about just 4 th not kicking in

Do not mess with the TV cable. If it's set right, leave it alone.
It's possible the 4th apply in the servo was put in backwards.
