Ok guys new here but i found a wc t5 with the casting number 13-52-066-936 which to my knowledge is from a 88-95 fbody correct? Will it work with a v8 bell housing. Or is it the ones that had the ford pattern case?

 

Thats the casting number.
If it still has a metal tag attached to one of the bolts it will show what it came out of.

It doesnt have a tag

 

If it is a tilted trans. mount pad on the tailhosuong casting, it is F-body.

AND If the VSS points right at the output shaft, it is 4th gen V6.

Anything 26 spline input is either 4th gen V6 or third.gen 305.

You can Google pics of Ford T5 and Muncie pattern and figure out the front of the case pattern. The third gens all were Muncie pattern.

 

Its a ford pattern no ears on the case. So can i swap the wc internals from it to a third gen case and use the tailshaft and stuff as long as the case i have is a wc?

 

Yes you can. Watch out for input length differences.
