LG4 T56 help ( newbie )

Hey guys, I looked briefly on here and did quick Google search but didn't see anything on the subject, I want to put t56 behind my lg4 on my 85 z28. I know ill need the master / slave and all that, but I was wondering about the flywheel and clutch. Has anyone done the swap ? Where will I run into issues ? Thanks. Sorry if this is the wrong category, just looking for info.

You'll need a specific flywheel for your 2 piece rear main seal block. LT1 T-56s are for 1 piece rear main seal motors. Look up LT1 T-56 swap and you should find the part number.

It's the same as any 85-down 350 swap; lots of threads here about that.

More to the point,it is a gearing mismatch to use the 94-97 T56. A 93 would be okay with 3.73 rear gears.
