All are 10mm x whatever the std (not "fine") thread is for that size; 1.5mm I think.
All hardware has flanges.
Top one is a bolt about 35 - 40mm long.
One of the bottom ones is a bolt about 100 - 120mm, with a nut behind it. The other is a stud about the same length that's part of the exhaust bracket, also with a nut.
