I have an 89 T/A stock 700R4. It's developed a shifting problem when it gets cold outside. First trip in the morning it won't shift till 3grand in every gear. If I let off the gas before it shifts the RPM's drop all the way down to idle. When it does shift it shifts HARD.

As it warms up it doesn't shift as hard but still will only shift at 3k.

I put some BG trans flush in it and drove it for 15 miles or so then did a trans fluid flush/exchange and it didn't fix the problem.

I don't know if something is sticking in the TV system or a seal that isn't sealing till it warms up and gets soft.
