Transmission not staying in 4th gear when i give it 1/2 or more throttle

Car: 1986 Camaro Z28
Engine: '80-'84 2 bolt 305, 58cc heads, FBO
Transmission: 1990 700R4 w/shift kit & 2-4 servo
Axle/Gears: 3.73 Posi (GT4 G80)
Transmission not staying in 4th gear when i give it 1/2 or more throttle
How do i get my 700R4 transmission to stay in 4th gear when i give it more than 1/2 to 7/8 percent throttle? If i want it to stay in 4th when trying to go fast i have to give it 1/4 throttle which does not contribute to going fast
